I can understand the whole 'I'll believe it when I see it' mentality, but you have to agree that most of the times, these types of rumors (especially in this industry and this day and age) have proven to be true, time and time again.

So while there's still a change for these rumors to be false, I'd prepare myself for the opposite.

I think the main reason people refused to believe it is because its a pretty poor selection.

On topic though, I have no clue who would've been a better choice. I'm not all that familiar with Batgirl, but the Oracle character intrigues me enough to want to give BG a chance.
