Dear Lord, you're right. I didn't even notice the pads. Meh whatever, I do like his black vest and his face looks very good. I'm glad they gave him the extension smiley face ala Arkham City Joker style. I also like the darker tone of green in his hair and brows. He actually looks somewhat creepy.

Very happy about his inclusion as he's my favorite villain of all time since my early childhood, thanks to Jack Nicholson.
