With Black Adam revealed, I didn't feel like we were do for another reveal yet, but I guess the game is going to be ought in a month, so it makes sense they'd pick up the pace.

(and in two weeks, we should be seeing people breaking street date on live streams)

so right now we have a total of 21 revealed right?

im guessing 3 more reveals than its done?


also i am avoiding all street breaking live streams because i want to keep the story a suprise

Gonna go ahead and say it's Doomsday. The Gamestop promotion hit a snag within the first hours of it going up, and i'm sure the bar was filled enough to reveal the character. People looked at the files, and saw the image was labeled "Doomsday" and had his DCUO render. So it's likely it'll be following up on that, and revealing him.

Could be Black Adam, Ares, or Raven though. But I still say Doomsday is the most likely.

Keep in mind Black Adam hasn't been "officially" revealed.

well i did post that boon said something about a promo charachter so it could be dooms day wich would leave black adam and 2 left to be revealed officially.

im not trying to be a dick when i say this but i dont think ares raven or anyone from the injustice comic will be playable but more likely in the backround at best

and now that i think of it manhunter could be a pretty sweet stage transition,,,,,

That's my guess. If we get Black Adam and Doomsday, that would be a really bleh "reveal," lol (I guess I can't blame them for Doomsday, but showing a snippet of Black Adam right before giving him a HUGE reveal trailer is a lame hype-killer; I hope it's someone else).


I'll be avoiding the story mode streams, but I can't wait to see early high-level gameplay.

I would be happy with any of these. Black Adam a bit lower than the other 3 but still.

see i wonder if boon has a trick up his sleeve and reveals someone we least expect like hawk or dove or even someone from teen titans since he pretty much suprised everyone with freddy in mk9 as the last dlc

if you think what dc animation is doing tv wise they just cancelled young justice and doing a new teen titans so i wonder if nrs will use someone from that to promote the new show

Well my gut tells me that it's going to end up being Black Adam but there are so many characters that have been seen but not confirmed like Raven, Ares, Doomsday and Killer Frost.

I'd love to see a surprise character like Captain Cold, Martian Manhunter, Swamp Thing, Doctor Fate or Blue Beetle. I would have said Gorilla Grodd but due to his giant size, I think he has a better chance as a sub-boss which is fine with me

just throwing it out there but what about vibe icon or red tornado?

Maaan, if the reveal ends up being Black Adam, then the story tease of Bald Adam was the dumbest thing they could have possibly done.

Does anyone remember when the Noob Saibot trailer was posted, and no one had any idea what he would look like or play like? That's how every character should be treated. They did right by Aquaman, Arrow, and Deathstroke, but if they indeed have a giant reveal trailer for Adam, then they dropped the ball.

And if people are right about Killer Frost in the Achievement picture... man, what a missed opportunity. They could have mind-blown the entire FGC/Comic community with a Killer Frost trailer. No one would have seen that coming. People think I'm being impatient when I say they need to pace their reveals better, BUT THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY DON'T! It has NOTHING to do with patience, but HYPE.

achievments list dosent mean jack. i cant remember but wasnt there a mk9 acheivment involving cyborg reptile and it turned out he was in the challenge tower only?

I could see Red Tornado being apart of DLC with Lobo, Swamp Thing and Martian Manhunter

Think of it like this, though. Say Cyber-Rep was in the game as a roster character. Instead of people freakin' out like they should have been, they would have just nodded and said "the achievement was right after all." That's not hype.

If the Achievements are wrong, no loss. If they are indicative, and Killer Frost IS in the game, the leak list basically shat on her red carpet. And it could have been so easily prevented.

That Saibot trailer blew my mind when that was shown.

Characters like Ares and Raven would be a perfect reveal for that kind of reaction.

Black Adam and Doomsday, they definetly dropped the ball. Not so much with Doomsday because we haven't seen his entire front look or how he plays.

i still think alot of these charachters will be involved in a npc role

i know people want swampthing but can you imagine if he was a stage finisher with a stage that is well a swamp?

as much as minion and i love mmh i kind of see jozz jones more as a stage transitional charachter ( like dr fate possibly) wich could work great when it comes to his telepathy and ect.

i try to think what charachters could use what nrs did with mk9 so if you think of someone like black canary who does she mostly resemble with her canary call? sindel

you think of someone like killer frost or mr freeze you think of someone like sub zero or frost.

me personally id love to see firestorm in because think of some of the moves scorpion has with his hell fire.

I happy with any character reveal but if I had to list them in order I'd say

1. Ares never seen him before
2. Doomsday would be awesome!!!
3. Raven to see what all the fuse is about
4. Killer Frost Ice Ice Baby!!
5. Black Manta never seen him before
6. Martian Manhunter just to make the fan boys wait I do want him in the game
7. Black Adam seen already

Considering he listed it as a HUGE character reveal, and considering the game's release is a short time away, I'm guessing all the remaining characters are going to be revealed tomorrow.

My guess on who is:

1. Black Adam
2. Raven
3. Martian Manhunter
4. Robin
5. Doomsday

I'd honestly be okay if just one of those five were revealed, but I'd much rather see more, if not all of them.

i wouldnt call robin big as far as reveals go.

i think itll be someone we least expect and the question is who is big enough to be determined big?

He used the term HUGE for the versus trailer. I doubt this, but would be very cool.

i noticed in most of the reveals alot of stage transitions so maybe boon is hinting at that perhaps?

in the hawkgirl vs arrow one we saw the phantom zone right? i question what else boon has in store for us as stages go
