Injustice: Gods Among Us Red Son Edition Gets a Trailer!

The Eisner Award winning world of Superman: Red Son is coming to Injustice: Gods Among Us! The pre-order bonus pack now has its very own promotional trailer (via GAME)!

GAME are the exclusive UK provider of Red Son pre-order packs, available for PlayStation 3 & Xbox 360 on April 19. Fans in the US can get their hands on the Red Son extras by pre-ordering through Gamestop before April 16 [PS3, 360]; EB Games have the exclusive in Australia [PS3, 360].

Superman: Red Son is a 2004 DC Comics mini-series by Mark Millar and Dave Johnson. The popular Elseworlds adventure tells of a reality where Superman landed in 1950s Soviet Russia, raised to be a communist hero instead of an American icon.

The pre-order bonus includes Soviet-inspired alternate costumes for Superman, Wonder Woman & Solomon Grundy, as well as twenty additional bonus challenges for the task-based Mission system.

Good seeing Grod. If his fans want him playable, my advice to them is start networking. Find other Grod fans, vocalize the demand for him, and keep making a case to the community why he'd be a good character.

That's what I've been trying to do lol but it seems like their are only a few people that want Grodd playable in this game

I knew that Grodd was a long shot but there is chance that he might still be playable or DLC. I'm not the only person not getting their character playable because fans of Dr. Fate, Dr. Mid-Nite, Wildcat, Sandman, Killer Croc, Penguin, Two-Face, Riddler, Giganta and Atom Smasher all are just background characters.

I still think that Grodd's playable because if we all remember that Doomsday was first seen in Fortress of Solitude and then we saw him in the Battle Arena trailer but I just thought that maybe in Story-Mode we have to fight Gorilla Grodd at Iron Heights, also I think the arena in the trailer is Iron Heights and here's a bigger picture of Grodd in Iron Heights

Well, if no one else, you sold me. When people get passionate about a character, film, band, whatever, that prompts people (or at least me) to investigate to see what inspired such fervor.

But you've done your part. It's the other Grod fans I'm concerned about. From what I read on Eventhubs, it sounds like those guys through in the towel.

I hope you're right. The only reason I'm skeptical is because of his size. I can't even imagine what his hit-boxes would look like.

I don't remember the site but they said that they thought he might be the sub-boss because of his size which is fine with me

Honestly yeah it kinda blows not getting the character you want but you never know if they might be DLC. Whole roster hasn't even been confirmed yet

:D I really think they would be awesome characters for the roster, sort of more 'Unknown" compared to the confirmed characters.
