I would rather they leave this title be for now and returned to making the next Mortal Kombat, taking with them what they have learned from making Injustice and use it to make the next MK better! ^^
Injustice was nice, but I am in no hurry to get a sequal for it. However, I do miss Mortal Kombat. I am excited to see what will happen next in the storyline and play some of the next generation of characters (those from MK4-MKA)
Going back and playing MK2011 after playing Injustice nonstop since it's release I realized something. I doesn't need interactive backgrounds, stage transitions or any of that stuff. The game works really damn well on it's own. Though I would love to see the wider variety of special moves make it to MK. The more I saw the Batman characters in Injustice I was thinking they could remake Movaldo to have similar moves with his hooked ropes. And a Nightwing esque move with his hook swords. What I find strange is that I though the next game should feature the storylines from 4 and DA, and so many other people on the message board all say the same thing. I mean it would make sense, but I really hope they do that instead of just making some new storyline.
I'd like to see tag team as well, a life bar for each fighter. I was a bit unhappy to see this not carry over from MK2011, thought I would suspect if Netherrealm wanted to include a mode like that they would have to make it radically different then MK.
