Well, since we all know that this series is so far from the movies and comics that anything can happen, I still think we ain't heard/seen the last of Jonathon Kent/John Shneider. Maybe it will be worked into the story some how that in order for Jonathon to come back, Clark must choose someone else to die, then that leaves possibilites, he won't choose anyone really close to him, so he'd choose Lyonal or someone else, or Jor'el would choose someone.
Also, I had no idea about that in the movies, that his dad dies, shows you how much I paid attention! Guess I need to review the movies.

Great show last night, who the hell was that mystery masked woman? I've never heard of "The Angel of Vengeance".

Anyone else think that Superman's weakness is gay?? I mean, come on. Why would he be "allergic" to rocks from his home planet? He is Kryptonian, so are all of them "allergic" to green Kryptonite? If there were any way to contact the Superman creators, I'd ask them that very question, why did you give Superman a gay weakness? Why does he have a fuckin' weakness period? No other Comic hero has a weakness that I know of, and if they do, I bet it's not this gay.

They do as you mentioned before man, like the DC characters and most of the marvel characters but not all.
It's an okish weakness, but yeah I know what you mean.At first I said, ok it's a rock from his home planet.So, how can that hurt him?
Then I said to myself, well say we go to another world and we are more powerful and have virtually no weaknesses, however say earth exploded and there were pieces of earth elements that came to the planet where we are now.That stuff can hurt us since it's from earth and we are from earth.If you know what I'm saying.Say a piece of rock from a volcano on earth.It might have not hurt us when we we are on earth touching the rock, but for some reason due to climate, world and the different atmosphere in general on this new planet, perhaps that rock from the volcano from earth hurts us now because there was something in the earths atmosphere that protected us from the volcanic rock.And now on this new planet, we can become harmed by it because this new planet has a new atmosphere that can't protect us from certain things.On this planet, the rock from the volcano on earth might be poisonous to humans.Know what I mean?
I think thats the same thing with Superman or something similiar anyway.
I think if Superman didn't have green kryptonite or magic to hurt him, he would be literally invincible and could take on anyone.I mean he can take on just about anyone anyway, but still.Imagine, thats why they probably said, we have to give him a weakness because people will get upset if he's invincible.Yet, I find that ironic because Marvel now has ridiculous guys like Silver Surfer who's just about invisible.
Superman=original, yet powerful with s few weaknesses, classic hero.
Silver Surfer=horribly done imo, since people bitched about Superman but this guy is ok to be invincible?No way, not that great of a chracter also.Kind of lame imo.

That episode was pretty cool. That Vengence girl looks really hot when shes wearing her glasses. I dont know. I find glasses on a girl to be more attractive. lol. Anyway Chloe had some good cleavage there. Thank God she didnt die. It seems that Lana is gonna hook up with Lex.
