And I had a feeling it would be 4 DLC characters, although it says 'access to four of the game’s upcoming downloadable characters'... which could be interpreted as the possibility of there being more than 4.

I'm 100% sure that we'll get 3 DC characters and 1 guest character. It worked incredibly well in MK9 so why change the recipe?

I can't remember but did the outlines of the characters mean anything for the MK season pass or were they just placeholders?

Well if that's the case then my guess is:

1. Martian Manhunter
2. Lobo
3. Power Girl
4. Scorpion/Sub-Zero

That's actually my guess as well... except I'm thinking that, instead of a MK character, they might put Rorschach in the game. Just thinking out loud here, but I really think they'll sell way more Rorschach to people than they ever would a MK character. That's why they went with Krueger in MK. Rorschach is really popular and he's still a DC character while still being a guest character as well, because he's not from the superhero universe. Just my 2 cents.

I'd personally love to see Rorschach, Dr.Manhattan, or the Comedian in this game...

If they go with a gues character for the 4th, I'd rather see, and would take a guess, that it would be Predator. Some may not know, but Predator has had a crossover series with Batman, and the JLA, in the comics:



For the record, i'd prefer they just stick with DC characters, and not include any guests. There's far too many people left to choose from that would be cool, but I can understand their appeal to have a guest for publicity etc.

Anyways, here's the 4 i'd prefer:

2. Doctor Fate
3. Scarecrow
4. Swamp Thing

3. Powergirl

I wonder if there will be more DLC characters, or if the 4 is gonna be it. Either way, i'm interested in seeing who they pick besides the 2 obvious candidates.

As for anyone who is thinking they already have these characters done or are holding them back just to make money, Paulo did mention this on TYM in response to some negative claims as such:

"nope, barely started working on the first one now. They will be just as good, diverse, and fun to use as the previous game's dlc."

So don't think just because they are announcing them now, that they already have them almost done. It just means they are starting to plan and work on them. The trailer we are getting is likely just a small teaser that announces who it will be, not actually showing anything off, because they don't have anything really to show. The game has to being gold soon, only being 4 weeks from release, so it makes complete sense for them to be jumping right into making the DLC.

I'm curious as well. All the silhouettes for Injustice have ears, so if that's any indication it doesn't look like we'll get any of the MK ninjas as guest characters.

I'm also wondering if we'll get new skins as well with each DLC character like MK?

If it's real though, as expected, they are just generic placeholder silhouettes.

The only one that looks to be of a certain character, is MMH. The head, shoulders, pose, arm spikes, and boots are all similar to what we know of him to have.

Oh great, I hate NRS for doing this. Not so much adding the silhouettes, but for opening the door for MKO CSI to analyze those black figures to death.

2nd one is Power Girl, I think. The stance looks very feminine, and the 'square' back could very well be her cloak. 3rd is definitely Martian Manhunter. 4th one could very well be Rorschach. Not sure who the first one is. Seems to be either a hero or a regal villain, the way he (she?)'s holding their hands behind their back. And yes, I'm MKO CSI'ing.

It's 3 random guys dressed up in dress attire. They are generic. They do not represent any character. It's to have a silhoutte to represent the fact that there will be a character. It's for visual purpose only. 4 silhouttes looks more appealing and draws more attention, than just saying "4 characters". The only silhoutte that should be analyzed is the one that actually looks like an actual character. Which looks to be Martian Manhunter. The other 3 could be NRS employees, or just generic people found on google and blacked out.

That's what I thought at first, but doing a quick google search for MK Season Pass clearly shows that the last character is Freddy Krueger minus the claws and the hat. So I believe that these silhouettes are in fact the actual DLC characters, but modified to hide their true identity.
