I'm like scarred to upload it at this point, lol. This was literally just me getting a goofy idea while hammered. Now it's got a thread with drama and all that. I'm afraid it's going to be very anti-climactic.

Anyway, if you guys care enough to recommend some software that can split video files, I'll re-upload it.

which video editing software your using? do you just upload directly? I only know of two. if you have windows, movie maker is available. If that isn't satisfactory, you might have to purchase sony vegas.

My computer is ass, so I generally don't buy many things for it. So, if I decide to do "let's play" type videos, I just record from my smart phone and upload it unedited.

I've tried using Windows Movie Maker, but unfortunately it doesn't support the video format that my phone records in. I guess I can just convert it, though.

But yea, I wish I had a better computer... because I've had a bit of interest in doing "let's plays" for fighting games. Since, as of late, there are a lot of newer players in the genre, I felt a good way to help them out was to teach by showing. Unfortunately, I can't justify purchasing recording equipment with this piece of junk I'm working from.

I'm by no means a pro player, but I do have some decent fundamentals. I've played a lot of KOTH lobbies lately, and the majority of them have had really bad players literally screaming at me for beating them. I mean flat out yelling. Calling me a "bitch", "cheater" and all kinds of ignorant nonsense, all because they're too dimwitted to understand basic fighting fundamentals. I'd like to do what I can to help quell this uprising of pissy attitudes and poor approaches to fighters.

People that freak the fuck out when they lose and start blaming the game or their opponents are pathetic. Much worse, they're more common than players with a modicum of decency.

If you're getting mad at the game or your opponent when you lose, you're doing it wrong.
If you're making excuses for your losses, you're doing it wrong.

These are the two principles that I'd like to attempt to teach with "lets play" videos.

You don't need to bro. Just go an confirm your youtube account through mobile device and you can upload videos longer then 15 mins. I seen people upload videos up to 50 mins that aren't youtube partner. When you go to upload there should be a portion that says upload longer then 15 mins? look for that once you do your gold.
