Based on some of the gameplay, Batman sounds like he's voiced by none other than Kevin Conroy, and Harley sounds like Tara Strong. Cyborg sounds like Phil Lamarr, though I could be mistaken. I'm not 100% sure on any of the others quite yet.

So my question is: who do you think should voice each character?

I hope Nolan North or James Arnold Taylor make their way in somehow. They are some of the greatest voice actors of our time IMO.

Jason Marsden would be good, too.

What do you think?

I believe Cyborg is Khary Payton, the guy who did it on the Titans cartoon and currently does Aqualad on Young Justice.
Flash might be Michael Rosenbaum, his VA from JLU, too.

How can you hear them clearly enough? Not one video i've seen yet is where i've been able to hear them clearly enough to make an assumption like that.

You can hear a couple lines pretty clearly in the latest gameplay footage, from the Nightwing/Cyborg reveal.

I'd like to hear Michael Rosenbaum again, but maybe as a cunning villain.

I thought that Cyborg sounded like he did in Teen Titans but I couldn't be sure. Good on them if they got the more familiar voice actors to return.

Conroy.Awesome choice.Friedle.Not bad. Steve Blum.Who? Is he the gy form mk vs dc as joker? I wishthey'd be able to get hamill, but since he "retired" my second vote goes to the guy that voiced joker in under the red hood.Truly menacing. The laugh isn't bad either. And i think you need another voice actor for SHAZAM! You forgot billy. That'd be a great fight intro.

Steve Blum is the guy from Cowboy Bebop and Big O and has played Wolverine in a lot of different stuff recently and now he's in ****ing everything and he doesn't have any range, he always just sounds like himself and it gets annoying.

You should see the TV movie G.I. Joe: Resolute where he literally plays half the cast and there are scenes where one character he's voicing talks to another character he's voicing and they don't even sound any different, it's pretty funny.

Man, I hope he's not playing a character like The Joker.

If they can't get Mark Hammil, they should get John DiMaggio, he did a great job as Joker in Under the Red Hood.

Steve Blum is my favorite voice actor. But I can tell you right now he shouldn't do The Joker. If Steve were to be in this game, he should voice Killer Croc like he did in Arkham Asylum.

Steve Blum is known for his masculine voice, so for him to voice The Joker wouldn't be right.

I'm not all that much into voice-actors, but I do know that Mark Hamill was the voice of the Joker for 19 years but quit just recently. A shame, because I think he's brilliant!

Also, I loved Catwoman's voice in Batman: Arkham City, so I hope she will have the same voice-actor in this game, should she appear. The one who voiced her in MKvsDCU was kinda off-putting.

I can't believe I have to say this to YOU of all people, but please don't shoot your mouth off if you don't do the research.

Blum has decent range. It's just that, like most voice actors, he's pigeonholed. They want "tough guy" and that's it. Not his loveable loser or Guilmon or Yakky Doodle or one of his accents. Just "tough guy."

Plus - vocal range means shit. Acting is the important part of it. How many live action actors do people complain about because they have the same face in every role? It should be the same with the voice. It's the performance that counts.

The Th New Regime speech is voiced by Richard Epcar AKA Dong Zhou in DW games and Lu Bu in Dynasty Tactics 2 AKA KOEI's second best seriest after RoTK. Oh also, Raiden and The Joker.

I just thought she tried too hard to sound cat-like, kinda like that black woman who played Catwoman in the old series (not Halle Berry), and I didn't like that at all.

No he didn't do MK vs.DC, Steve Blum voiced The Joker for Lego Batman: The Videogame, I would love it if Mark Hamill get the voice but since he's "retired"

Eartha Kitt. She was most definitely giving her best Eartha and I loved it. She's my favorite Catwoman.

Ugh, but WHY? She's totally cheesy and not even very attractive looking. The purring, the prolong S'ssss', it's like a cheap porn gimmick...

Look, man. I HAVE "done the research". I watch cartoons all day and he's one of those guys who gets hired to be in EVERYTHING, you can't escape Steve Blum.

So by now, I've heard him play a jive talking black guy, I've heard him play growly Wolverine, I've heard him play Starscream...I have witnessed the entirety of his range...and with the very VERY rare exception of children's characters like the Hanna-Barbera cartoon duck you mentioned, they STILL all sound like Steve ****ing Blum. There's variation, sure, you get him sounding cheerful or being hoarse or being nasal, BUT you can always tell it's him. Starscream is probably the farthest he's gotten from sounding like himself as an "adult" character, so I do like his performance in Transformers Prime...but everything else he's in, when his characters talk, I can't stop thinking "Yep, that sounds like Spike Spiegal pretending to be someone else."

Compare him to a voice actor who's actually capable of sounding like multiple completely different people and successfully pulling off "two characters I'm playing are talking to each other so I have to sound like I'm not talking to myself" scenes, like Tara Strong or Corey Burton or John DiMaggio or Maurice Lamarche.

I have the same problem with Phil LaMarr and Kevin Michael Richardson, for the record. George Newbern as Sephiroth bothers me too because all I hear now whenever an FF7 project has voices in it is Superman whispering. So it's not like I've got a grudge against Blum alone.

I just strongly believe that if a professional voice actor is going to be in a million different shows, then they should be capable of disappearing entirely into the roles so you don't hear every other character they've played when they speak. It's distracting, ruins the immersiveness.

That's probably why the best voice actors also tend to be great impressionists.

That's his name.DiMaggio. He was great in red hood man.He was creepy, and at some points at a different level of creepiness than mark's performance's as j.But blum wasn't that bad as Croc. But i don't see him getting in this game anyway.

Yeah, I don't get the appeal of Kitt either.

Personally, "my" Catwoman, voice and personality-wise is probably the one from B:TAS. And I don't think she ever really did the campy purring while talking thing in the cartoon.

BTAS has my favorite representations of all the DC characters...except Catwoman lol.
I don't know, I just stan Eartha Kitt.

But I will say that I'm not a big fan of literally purring. Unless it's Eartha Kitt, I know the praise is falling on deaf ears but come on.
