IMDb has a list of most of the confirmed characters voice actors, if it is to be trusted, we have some really good voice actors working on this:

Superman - George Newbern - Voiced Superman in the Justice League Unlimited cartoon

Batman - Kevin Conroy - Voiced Batman in B:TAS, Batman Beyond, Justice League Unlimited, Arkham Asylum and City, among many other forms of media.

Wonder Woman - Susan Eisenberg - Voiced Wonder Woman in the Justice League cartoon.

Green Lantern - Josh Keaton - Voiced Green Lantern in GL:TAS.

Solomon Grundy - Fred Tasasciore - Voiced Grundy in Arkham City.

Nightwing - Yuri Lowenthal - Does various voices for the Young Justice Cartoon, Lagoon Boy among them.

The Flash - Charlie Schlatter - Voices The Flash in Lego Batman the Movie, Lego Batman 2: The Game, and in The Batman animated series.

Catwoman - Grey DeLisle - Voiced Catwoman in Arkham City, among many other roles in other DC related projects.

Harley Quinn - Tara Strong - Voiced Harley in Arkham City.

The Joker - Richard Epcar - Voiced Raiden in Mortal Kombat, MK vs. DC, as well as also voicing the Joker in MK vs. DC.

Cyborg - Khary Payton - Voiced Cyborg in the Teen Titans cartoon, along with Aqualad in the Young Justice cartoon.

That's another great thing about being with WB, they can actually obtain and afford the right voice actors that we associate with the characters of DC. Definitely awesome. MKvsDC just didn't feel the same with some of the voices, such as Kevin Conroy not as Batman.

That was mark hamill as the joker after arkham city.I'm still upset about that.

Kevin Conroy is also Batman in Justice League Doom.

And Yuri L. is Nightwing? Awesome!
I believe he is the voice Sasuke in english Naruto and he's also The Prince in the Prince of Persia games (minus PoP Warrior within)

Tara Strong is good too. She's Timmy turner in Fairly Oddparents, Raven in Teen titans, Juliet in Lollipop Chainsaw and I think she is Mary Jane in Ultimate SPiderman glasses

I'm so thrilled that Grey Delisle is returning as Catwoman for this game. She did an awesome job with her in Arkham City.

Very happy about having all these great voice actors, well except the one that everyone wanted but knew wouldn't happen. I'm pleasantly surprised to see Kevin Conroy is doing it!

Since they have Khary Payton from the Teen Titans cartoon voicing Cyborg, it only makes sense that they'd also you Tara Strong to voice Raven like the cartoon as well.

Fred Tatasciore as Grundy? I'm not surprised since Fred is also the voice of Hulk. Pretty cool to see him in here though.

Really hope Yuri,give it a good go with Nightwing.Maybe try to make it similar to loren lester,but maybe sounding a little more like a young adult(21-23 ish) than lester.

Really happy about Kevin Conroy voicing Batman. Best Batman voice ever.

Joker on the other hand, would have LOVED Mark Hamill but I guess somebody has to do it if he can't. Really not feeling the voice on this one. That last trailer that has Joker at the end sounds like Joker had a fever and kinda forcing himself to laugh, whereas it should be natural on his part.

Haha yeah I also looked up his name I found out he was also Drebin in Metal Gear Solid 4 (He's a guy who sells stuff to Snake) and I always thought his voiced sounded familiar but couldn't put my finger to it haha XD
