I'm still not sure what people see in Black Canary. I'll admit that I haven't read the comics, but she just doesn't seem like anything special on the surface.

Black Canary is one of the original justice league members. She is a favourite because she is a very highly skilled martial artist, her sonic scream is powerful and she can fly, pretty cool powers but she is also a strong leader but can be a little wild too, somewhat unpredictable. Although she is a hero her approach can sometimes be morally questionable due to her quick temper, so has quite an edge about her. I guess that's a real draw for fans.

Who was included in the poll Ed had that Powergirl won? Was Zatanna included?

EDIT: Nvm, it was just between Powergirl, Supergirl, and Batgirl.

its simeple. shes basicly the dc version of sindel in regards to the scream

I'm glad zatanna won, I don't know that much about her, but when i googled her and saw this i was totally sold, she looks so fun :P

I'd say Sindel is much closer to Silver Banshee.
