Again, including a MK character in Injustice would defeat the purpose of NRS even making the game.

They're trying to establish themselves as a legitimate gaming company and show that they can do more than Mortal Kombat. Why the hell would they want to ruin that by adding MK characters into Injustice?

Seriously, people. We don't need MK characters in Injustice.

I didn't know that working on Mortal Kombat was not considered part of being "a legitimate gaming company".

We got the useless duo in MK9, I don't see why the DC game cannot have Scorp, Sub or someone else.
I'm beginning to think that someone doesn't give a crap about MK and is overrating DC Comics.

I barely even like DC Comics.

The only DC characters I actually care about are Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, and Selina Kyle.

If NRS puts MK characters in Injustice, then they'll just continue being the MKTeam, and not an actual gaming company. They need to pull away from Mortal Kombat in order to prove their worth. They're doing just that with Injustice.

Your point is clear.
MK is not a "actual" game worth playing.
In simplier words, it's pure shit.

A full DC game is already a masterpiece that deserves all the attention by media and critics, putting a MK character would ruin it because MK is shit, DC is pure godly matter.
Simply put.

What an obvious way of trolling MK fans.

I'm not the one "trolling" here. I do believe that developing MK games is part of beng considered high-level video games development.

That is not what Riy is saying though. He's saying that NRS should be MORE than just the "MK team" and they can only do so by doing something that isn't MK. They would do that by not put MK guest characters into Injustice. If they do, they will still just be the "MK team".

And yes, you were trolling. Going on an MK fan-forum and call MK pure shit is considered trolling.

I would say he was being sarcastic rather than trolling. But...

Back on topic: Not sure if I'd like it or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if Scorpion and/or Sub-Zero show up eventually as DLC. I'd prefer god characters though: Raiden, Fujin & Shinnok, but that's unlikely, especially the latter two.

I miss you Fujin. sad

If that's how you feel, bro.

You enjoy whatever game you do like, and I'll stay here and hate MK.

I don't want a Mortal Kombat character in the game.
I want this to be a pure DC Fighter with JUST DC characters. No guest.
Seriously, you guys will only end up complaining that they can't do Fatalities.
No, just having DC characters is great. They deserve a good fighting game to call their own.

"Guest" characters are a real turn-off in general, but I think it'd be pretty cool if they dropped a couple of little easter eggs to suggest this is the same version of the DC universe that Mortal Kombat crossed over with. Some sort of little hint in a background, or something along those lines.

It might be fun to have an MK character buried deep enough to be a real, true blue, more-than-day-of-release, honest to goodness hidden NPC opponent. It'll always be up against that one DC character who didn't make the cut, though.
