And most importantly, how will the vote counter work in this particular situation? I have never been present for a final round in boot/immune before, whatever the reason may be, whether it's because of work or because of family obligations. As it stands now, Sub-Zero was immuned and brought to the final round, and Kung Lao and Kabal are both one vote away from being booted, and the said three characters are the last three left.

I’m pretty sure once the last round starts the two finalists will begin with a clean slate and the first to 7 immunes is the winner. So Sub won’t start on (0,0) with his opponent only needing 1 more to get booted or however many to be immune and win.
