Good evening guys, or morning depending on where you are. This idea popped into my head about Marvel and Mortal Kombat. Which character resembles the other in terms of personality, ability, and characteristics? I know there are some of you who are Marvel experts so this may come easy. I could only compare a few characters to each other and I'd love to see this idea expanded upon.

I first thought that both Liu Kang and Captain America are very similar in terms of their purity and their importance to the morale of their allies. Liu Kang is the representing champion and leader of the Earthrealm warriors just as how Captain America is the leader of the Avengers and hero of World War 2. Both have ideals that they fight for and more importantly they stand for the greater good with honor. Both are humble characters and are self sacrificing as well.

I also think that Kenshi and Daredevil are very similar in terms of their appearance and approach to threats. Kenshi and Dare Devil are very hard boiled characters who keep a close ear to their surroundings. Both have signature weapons and even though they are members of the special forces and the defenders if they have to they'll go their own way alone.

Some may not agree with this next statement but I feel that Johnny Cage and Iron Man are very similar. Both are wise cracking and arrogant in their approach to their enemies but both deep down have good hearts and will go out of their way for their friends and family. Both are high profile members of society with expensive tastes and a penchant for partying who need to be the center of attention. Both of them don't need a secret identity and face threats head on. They're the characters that can get the girl, and are not in favor amongst their friends at first but in time they earn their respect.
