Ive been thinking about that, that would be cool. And it would take most of the site mods to agree and make this happen. It could show up on a users profile, like by the rank, nationality, and visits part, when people post. Even status could be established within the clans.

I like this concept of ever MKO member having a clan to belong to. It could spawn seemingly limitless contests and other such things on the site. My only fear is that what if the clan thing becomes so strong that board members start hating each other and "going to war" with each other over differing clan affiliations? You know, like how real life gangs are constantly fighting. Granted, such an outcome is far-fetched but does anyone think it has SOME credibility or am I just being paranoid?
As for which clan I'd like to join if I were in the MK world, I'd go with the Lin Kuei. Granted, you're in a very cold environment but the clan's non-cryomancer members seem to get along just fine. You'd get awesome quasi-ninja outfits and, more importantly, you'll be taking orders from Sub-Zero. Why's that good? Sub-Zero's a very noble person so he won't be sending you off to fight wars in Edenia or on dangerous assassination missions. You're only real threat is an invasion from some outside force which is unlikely at best as Sub-Zero doesn't hold grudges with anyone and stays out of the way so nobody has a reason to go out of their way to find his base. Noob and Smoke might be a thorn in your side but after their invasion in Armagedon's Konquest, I think that Sub-Zero has upped the standards in terms of security.
If Ermac did break apart into the thousands of souls that he's made of, I doubt that the Ermac we know would still be around. There was never a warrior named Ermac before he was created so there wouldn't be an Ermac left over after his breaking apart. The only remnant left over from the current Ermac in his Armagedon ending is that all of the souls that he was made up of operate under his mindset. Also, considering the concept of this "Ermac Clan's" existence, I'm not sure if they would accept new recruits or not.

Based on his ending, they refer to Ermac's souls as "the Ermacs" so I think they would keep the name personally.
It would be an interesting concept IMO, and they could always have Ermac stay as one soul with TK power being the of course original Ermac that we all know and love. He'll just train new warriors and also teach them/train them with TK like he did with Kenshi as a reward for Kenshi freeing him in MKD.
