What kind of statement are you looking for?, like a summary of the request we want to make in the petition?

I havent gotten word from Nightcrow about a statement in a PM, but the petition has to have certain amount of signatures of mk:o users by a certain amount of time, a vote-agreement approval between mods, and the approval of a user or two with a "God" rank. When the thread is set up, there has to be a good clear introduction of whats going on. A complete or decent list of clans in the mk universe. Give the credit due. And have the users sign, stating what position they desire in a clan.

ok, ShouldI include just clans in that list, or groups, species etc.?

Sharpeye asked for a List of Clans/Groups, so I sent him all the ones I could think of. (They included Species such as: Shokan/Centurian/Moroi/etc.)
