Sorry, but Crow already immuned her in this round.

This is just a small note to Afghan, but when someone boots/immunes someone who was booted/immuned earlier in the same round, the votes are still counted. This is done so people can edit their votes freely. Only when the person has the word "IMMUNE" next to their name or are on the boot list do the votes not count.

For example, even though I immuned Li Mei, Nemesis316's Smoke immune will still be counted in the next tally, as Jax needs another boot vote.

Yeah, but if someone has 5,4 in the start of the round, if the character receives 2 immune votes before than 3 boot votes, the character will be immune for the next round, except that before the next round started, one of the immune votes has been changed, then if the character has 3 boot votes before 2 immune votes, the character will be booted. This is legal (but only before the next round started), but the idea of the editing votes is you immune or boot an already immuned or booted character during the round, you can change your immune and/or boot vote to another character.
