Definetly Scorpion. no-one else comes close, except Sub-Zero. but he'd kick his ass like in all the past mk games.
There's a thing for you to notice, he beat subzero in every mk tournament.
he killed original subbie and got his revenge in 1.
he beat subzero in 2 and scarred him but spared him.
im not sure if in trilogy they fought or not.
mk4, scorpions ending definetly happened which sees, subzero lost his fight to scorpion and him being on the floor. his ending definetly happened as it lead to the events of Deadly Alliance.

Cyrax is the toughest Ninja, especially in MK 3. Then Mileena (especially MKII). Then Sektor. Then Rain. Then Ermac. Then Noob Saibot.

I'd say scorpion.. he's just always been an Mk badass. He isn't evil.. he just doesn't care lol. Also there is nothing more dangerous then someone that has nothing to lose.. scorpions dead his clan is gone.. and so is his family.. there isnt much he has left to lose.

Subzero. He's the best of them all. He's been in every MK game and has his own game. Subzero Is MK. (Yes I know there is more than one Subzero but that don't matter. What matters is that an MK game has a Subzero in it)

Well frankly speed wise and weapon wise i would say Noob saibot from mortal kombat 4 but all around i would say that Scoorpian is the man though his fatality only decapitates them it gives the thirst for blood that all mk fans enjoy.

Dude its gotta be sub zero, if u have ever played mythologys sub zero kicks scorpion ass twice and now scorpion gets his ass kicked again but reptile(how crap is he) so scorpion aint the good
