Instead of complaining that something like this was never done here on MKO, you should be glad it was made, how is it important where it was amde when it benefits us, the Mortal Kombat Fan Community as a whole.

A handfull of the artists who claimed character before however, didnt submit their entries in time, 2 came with excuses like "broken pc blabla" one just wrote me a whole letter of a apology blabla.

Whatever, i expected something like that but still it sucks that it is delaying such a big project.

Onaga, the dragon king needs a new artist.

69 entries are drawn already, the MK Tribute gallery gets more than 350 visitors in 24 hours now, it got mentioned on blogs like rampagedreality or Mk sites like MKsecrets.

This is a really cool way to see different styles and renditions of mk characters. A lot of great work on there!

It is the biggest but not the last Mortal Kombat related fan art project i organized.

This year in August when MK 1 turns 20 years a anniversary tribute will be published

Onboard this project are artists like Esau13, Jodeee, Madiblitz and Kergran. Only around 15 by me invited artists are working on it, target is to create a tribute to MK which can be compared with printed artbooks by udon etc.

Nice! It's great to see some fan art for some of the lesser appreciated characters, it's pretty rare to find. All around nice work, but my favourites are Moloch, Bo' Rai Cho, Darrius, and especially Raiden. Kickass.

... And Zebron is boss.

These projects do really work. I'm a little late for the party. I also appreciate drawing some the less known characters. I recently drew Mokap with crayons and already submitted it here, I guess we will see it soon. ツ
