Let me start off, before anything else, explaining what this thread is all about, especially for those who have no idea at all.

You guys might have eventually noticed a thread in the MK: Armageddon section entitled "MKO, Let's Make An MK-Like Game", created by user HellrazerHD. In that thread, he wanted to create a game that was based on Mortal Kombat's premise, and asked MKO users to come up with storyline and a set of characters for the game.

I agreed to help out, and created a storyline for the game that had the "feel" of Mortal Kombat, as well as a set of characters to fit into that storyline and drive it forward.

Recently, however, events have led me to doubt wether or not this game will actually be made or not. But regardless of that, I have decided to take the storyline I created as well as the characters created by other users and work on a NEW and separate project with them. The project is this: I will be making an episodic series (entitled Deadly Dominion) through screenplays, meaning I will write scripts for Episode 1, Episode 2, and so on, telling this story from beginning to end. Not only that, but user Sean79 has shown that he has the ability to make a Konquest-like game based on this story, which we plan on releasing once the last episode of the story is put up.

Now that everything is clear,

I have written Episode 1 of the series already. In this episode, you will be introduced to the Earth characters, as well as find out the whole plot of the story and discover what is to come in later episodes.

So without further ado:

Deadly Dominion Episode 1
"The Adonis Stone"

NOTE: On the left side of the page, you can click the name of the important characters who were introduced in this episode to get their close-up and full-body images, character traits, as well as a detailed bio on them.

Thanks for reading, and I hope everyone who does enjoys it and looks forward to the next episodes! I guarantee this is a great storyline, with a great set of characters, and an ongoing plot that any MK-fan or any fiction-story-fan is sure to enjoy!

A Message to Those Who Already Have Characters in the Series: Please PM me soon with how you would like for me to contact you concerning your character's first appearence in the series. On Episode 2, I plan on having every character from every World introduced.

Nice work. Good to see that you finally came up with a name for The Object. Now I'm glad I didn't post my name ideas for that thing. Mine sucked. I also like the new name of the game/story. "Chaotica" was making less and less sense as the story drifted away from anything having to do with the goddess of chaos.

Seing as Hellrazor and i were working on Chaotica, I have to admit i was a little hesitant about joining, but i withdrew my characters and ideas.

So Viro, Husky, Crow, and all my other characters. are at your service.

Right now, I'm halfway done with Episode 2. I expect it to be posted early next week. In this episode, other worlds are introduced, as well as a lot of new characters and faces, so it'll be a very eventful one.

I mean i could be wrong but there is stil some characters that need to be put in that i saw on the other forum. So maybe both on one.

... Sorry, I don't enjoy the story... I got confused, and the movie script thing gives a blank effect, so It's hard for me to read it and not get distracted.

But, you seem to have put effort into it, and so I'll give this a 3/5...

Hopefully, we'll see how that goes. I really want to introduce everyone who is part of the story, establish everything, and move on as soon as possible. It could be done by the end of the next episode, or it could not.

Yes, I'll try to involve as many characters from the old thread as possible into this. Although I dunno if it will be possible, I'll definately do my best so that each person participating will have 1+ character(s) driving the story forward.

Oh, that sucks that you didn't enjoy the story as much as everyone else. Even so, I kind of don't understand what you mean by "blank effect"? That got me really confused as I tried to understand what aspect of the story you didn't particularly like. But a script is meant to be very to-the-point. When you write one, you can't linger too much on details, because what goes on the page is supposed to represent what would go on in the movie itself. So maybe you got confused because you didn't find as much detail as you needed? If that's the case, maybe you could have based the review on the conten of the submission, not taking into consideration the fact that you don't like script formats?

Still, I definately appreciate all kinds of feedback, I just like there to be some comprehensive constructive criticism on most.

That is a rather Vague comment, and not liking the Script style doesn't ruin the story, imo.
