Considering how much it sucks that the community has so little quality fanfic anymore, and how much it must suck to post something you worked hard on only to have no one comment, I wanna say more people need to read this and post something, because I found it to be pretty excellent.

The whole "Dracula is real in the MK universe" thing seemed like a hokey idea to me at first, but it kinda grew on me as I read, you made it work with the quality of the writing.

Razor's correct, this is indeed excellent work. Particualrly because Stryker's the hero of the story. :D I really enjoyed how he used his classic special moves in the final chapter. grin 10/10

Probably has a lot to do with the fact it requires a little effort to actually read. People complain about the lack of quality writing in the MK community, but when something appears it's rarely read or received as it should be.

I already let you know my thoughts and all, just posting in here so it'll have some more replies.

Thanks. smile

I knew adding Dracula would appear to be a pretty unoriginal or campy idea, which is why I made damn sure to keep him as close to how Bram Stoker originally wrote him as possible. Very very few adaptations of the original novel do the character justice.

And for that you did good. Mad props. smile
Anymore stories you planning to make? Preferably with MK's resident badass cop? wink

Well, yes and no. I did this story mainly to see if I still had my writing chops. I'll be doing other writing, but it most likely won't be MK-related.

This series is absolutely worth resurrecting so that more people read it. It's phenomenal. The story is clever, the writing is outstanding and -- I just love it!
