Hello... did somebody forget about SPs?

Seriously, I think people that bump with "oooh.. that's cool! good job" or "I like that drawing, it looks awesome! 5/5" should be skull. Why? Because it get too repetative. The first or second time they do it, I think is fine. However if they do it a 3rd time. Then they need to be skull. That's my opinion.

So Skull Sharpeye and blazefan.

They've done it more than twice.

Sharpeye gotten skulls for it.

I'd like to be a fan submission co-moderator as well. I got the experience to back it up.

Does ya now? I've been an Administrator at one board for going on 3 years, and a Mod at two more for a year each respectively. Beat that. =P

Spelling and grammar do count for something. While I know my spelling isn't always top notch, (usually because of mistypes) it's a whole different matter to just slaughter the english language. (if it's not your primary language that's a bit of lee-way, but only a bit if you continuously do it) Overall, we should just say "Don't be a Noob". It encompasses so many things on so many levels, including spelling, grammar, lack of common sense, and bumping amongst others.
