Just wondering, who's your personal favorite MK fan artist, besides yourself (if you are an artist)? Either from MK5.org or from elsewhere, doesn't matter.

There are quite a lot of talented fan artists out there, but I'd have to say the best, by far, that I've seen is Midwood. The guy si unfrigginbelievable. He often goes a bit overboard on his anatomical detail (Christ, even DBZ characters aren't THAT shredded!) but he's bloody brilliant none the less. Plus, he takes requests from fans all over the world, something most fan artists don't do (either they're not good enough, don't have the time, or whatever). Well, he used to at least... never got a chance to do any of my requests *grumble grumble* BUT, still great. On top of that, he's got his own line of MK comics, and just got hired by Marvel Comics. Not too shabby... I'm hoping that might give him the chance to get his work known worldwide. Give him an opportunity to get some side-project MK stuff out in full force, y'know? Who knows...
