This stage is really cool, literally. You did a really good job drawing the stage and the mountains surrounding it look great. The ice dragon in the middle of the floor looks good as weel. Nice job on shading everything. I like how the outer border is kind of glowing, nice effect. Cant wait to see it finished. 4.5/5 Dragons.

Pretty damn cool. I like the way you manage to make the MK dragon as though it's "carved" onto the ground. But in my opinion, I think your other version was a lot better. Awesome job.

What did you use to make this?? Bryce?? I probably would have liked to have seen the arena a little closer instead of from on top of a mountain, possibly on an angle that screened out the blue floor. Although at first glance it looks like a mist if you look closely you’ll notice shadows aren’t being cast upon it. I think if you’re going to go to all the effort of creating the arena then you should focus more upon it, mountains in Bryce aren’t too hard to create so don’t focus as much on them.

I think the stage looks awesome. I love the mountains surrounding the fighting grounds. It looks hidden, awesome. The dragon in the center of the fighting arena looks great. Also i relly like the pillars on each corner of the stage. Since your not done, i think this piece will turn out really good at the end. It does look a little plain, im talking about the fighting ground. And the mountains look a little choppy. Really good detail. 4/5.
Looks good, nice work.

It's a bit too far away to really get a good feel for it, most of the details are lost. Next time you should also raise the Anti-aliasing, at least to 5 passes.

Honestly I can't give good feedback because of the first two reasons. There are too many artifacts to make out what's actually there. It looks like a good concept however.

One thing, I realize it's an ice level but even so add some kind of color in there so it's not so flat in texture. Even if it's just a gradient on the mountains.

thanks for all the comments especially from bleed and rameir. i love all the 3d work you two do. yes this was done in bryce and it has taken a while for me to do an update but just trying to make it better is time consuming and with work and other things it is getting harder to do.

I am trying to learn low poly characters in 3dsmax and that is taking time as well and i think i am starting to get the hang of it too. so if all goes well i will no longer need to use bryce but it is still an easy and fun program.

bleed didnt you have a tutorial on low poly characters?
