To put an Image, you type this:
<img src="URL OF IMG HERE">
That's the HTML code for it.

How do I find the URL of an image? All the pics that I have in My Pictures do not show the URL.

- The pic that you want has to be on a website.

- If you wanna find the URL for the pic : Right click the image

- select "properties" and a box should pop-up with properties for the pic.

- look for where it says "Address" and to the right of that should be the URL for the pic. Highlight the URL, copy and paste.

- If the pic you want isn't on the web, you'll need a place to host it for you. Make sure it's one that allows remote linking.

- If you want the pic in your sig : it has to be under the sig requirements. If it's too big, it won't work. You'll need to resize it. I don't remember what the max is.. so you'll have to ask one of the mods or staff of this site (I'd recommend asking CCShadow, he built this forum).

Ah Noob, excellent. I never even thought about using the control characters to display a < > on a web page. Looked right over it.
Every day's a good day when you learn something new.
