* Quan Chi looks around and notices that hes in a cell of some kind, Noob is still unconscious and Shang Tsung is standing in the cell, which is Suspended over a bottomless pit*

:this must be one of Kahn's ideas, if one of us escapes, the balance up there registers this change in weight and drops everyone else to the bottom, theres probably a spike, lava, or acid pit, and since Reptile became king, its probably Acid. This cell was designed for more than one person, so that even if one person escapes, the rest of us die, we might as well wait here for someone to come.

*Quan chi looks up and notices that the rope holding the cell aloft is old and frayed*

:you know what, we really should get out of here. as in NOW!!!

*As soon as Quan chi yells, Noob stirs*

Wow, so Shang dies an uncontrollable death again - interesting. Would have been nice to have had time to at least give a "Aaaargh!" reaction before dying again.



So instead I will intervene so that I may have a say in my characters second death attempt:

(before the cell hits the acid C-Sub freezes the acid while at the same time Shang morphs into Sub and also freezes it, since it's likely too big for just one of them to do. The cell lands cracked and partly damaged on the ice, but not freed.)

As for you Sub-Zero, I will give you time to see they could have been instantly killed and meditate on this treason *opens a portal inside of Sub-Zero, sending him to the Netherrealm*

: (before he was sucked into a portal SubZero jumped back forming an ice clone - which got sucked into the portal - and landed safely outside the reach of the portal) "Oh no, I'm very aware of your portal methods." (shoots ice at Reptile to try to freeze him).

: (morphs into Goro)

as : "This cell will not hold us any longer!" (Tries to break out of what's left of the cell with Goro's strength)

*Ermac sets up a squad of the Dragon King's invicible army outside the door and block it with an unbreakable outworld metal.*

*opens a random oprtal around the room, sucking the room itself into Seido*

So how exactly is it that Reptile is so powerful to be able to open a random portal at any time anywhere that can engulf a entire room? Just curious.

He's not, he jsut used it after he left the room, so it seemed random.
