You're not required to come up with attack names, but it makes your character more unique if you do. I don't know. You can or you can't. I don't think it really matters.

Well, Coltess, i have received your concept, it doesn't matter too much if you didn't put in the attack name, if you'd like you keep it as attack 1, etc..
But it'd help if you have a name for it though, it shouldn't be a bit hard to come up with one. These days, everything has a name for itself.
And, well if nobody is online.. then nobody can reply to your comments.

The tournaments take some time right, if you ever feel like you might have some time to develop a character in the near future, i'd be happy to have you back. :) Maybe even the tournament after the next one?

Hazumamo, you may be able to join, but that concept is barely a concept, it just mainly has a story to it. and perhaps a few stat points. You'll need much more than that. As for right now, i can just enter you in the pre-registraiton.

fighting styles: wave (i invented it. he's a liquid metal man, so he moves likethe water, hence the term "wave") and muay thai (a style he took up when he came to earth, he's very fond of it)
APPEARANCE:
head: like a chrome glacius from killer instinct
face: falls under head. he does not have a mouth or nose.
body: changes a lot, but usually like glacius
arms: usually he keeps them in blade form, but when using muay thai, his hands turn normal-ish
legs: normally, it changes, but his natrual way is like he has no legs, his body is connected to the ground by a wave-like thing. like hydro-man with water.
qoutfits: 1. what i described above, chrome and mysterious. 2. his body gets to be a lighter silver, and his body takes the form of a sort of battle armor, purely show, as it makes no difference when hit.

story: chrome was a simple bit of metal at the foundry when shang tsung took him out and gave him life hundreds of years ago. acting like his own personal angel of death, he secretly did shang's bidding for hundreds of years. then, around mk1, he was sent to kill shao kahn, and was beaten. when asked who sent him, he told him of shang's treachery. this is part of the reason shao no longer trusts him. he did kahn's bidding for a few years, acting as part of his extermination squads and killing thousands of earthmen. this is where he picked up muay thai from an old man in bangkok, thailand, and grew to love the style. he formed a bond with the old man, and began to develop a consiousness. shao did not notice his absence after mk3. during the war with shinnok, he stayed in thailand until the old man sent him on a quest to find liu kang. fully aware of life and fully awakened, it didnt take him long to find a former friend of liu in japan, the mysterious kabal. kabal had just started his crusade against the black dragon, and chrome decided to help him hunt them down. kabal then christened the man of metal chrome, because of his coloring. they proceeded to hunt them down until, one day mavado attacked. kabal told him to leave, but chrome didnt want to. kabal told him it was a matter of honor, and he wanted to fight alone. chrome nodded, then left. he travelled the realms, only staying in each one about a month. then, he came to the palace of the dragon king, where raiden and the deadly alliance were locked in battle. he had heard of the mythical dragon king, and wanted to explore. he went up to it, and saw the chosen warriors outside , dead. he looked inside, and saw them fighting. all of the sudden, he heard a great noise, and he saw the dragon king flying towards the temple. he slipped into a nearby snake hole, and burrowed himself out to the safety of a nearby hill. suddenly, there was a great blast of ligh, and he saw the whole temple destroyed. then, under the smoke, amid the ample debris, he saw the dragon king, holding shinnok's amulet. he had been told by a cleric in outworld of an amulet like that, that it held great power. he watched as the dragon king flew away into the sky. he then tried to walk away, but discovered numerous tarkata surrounding him, with their leader baraka in the center of them. he looked around for a second, then went into action. he made his arms into long blades, and swung them around the entire circle, decapitating all the tarkata exept baraka. he had the foresight to duck. baraka walked up to him, looked up him and down him, and nodded his head. then he walked away. chrome had a feeling that liu kang might be found in this area, he looked fro a long time, scouring outworld, when he happened upon two warriors named sub-zero and kenshi. He could feel an energy emulating from them, a powerful energy. He figured they might know where liu kang was. When he greeted sub zero, he was given the horrible news that kliu kang was dead. Face ridden with shock and disbelief, he continued to scour the realm, when he came upon a building, with a great courtyard, and a great green light was exploding from the courtyard. He walked up to it, but then, a great green explosion erupted from the courtyard. After a few seconds, chrome struggled to his feet, and looked at the destruction around him, Smoldering fence and smoke all around. He turned his arms into giant fans, and washed the smoke away. He looked at what the cleared smoke had brought. A man. A warrior. Liu kang.


not my best, but it was a rush job. sort of.

forgot to post moves and fatalities:

moves:
1. chrome blast: he pulls his arms back, then pushes them forward really fast, releasing a burst of metal. it looks like a giant silver water ball. it hardens around the opponent like sub-zero's freeze blast.
2. dagger throw: he throws his arms to the side, and spikes sprout on both arms, about 5 inches in length. he then throws them at his opponent.
3. metal pool: he makes metal liquid erupt from his feet, spreading all over the ground and making the floor slippery, like sub zero's ice slippy thingy
4. giant fists: he makes his hands turn into fists about 1 and a half feet in length, then beats the air in front of him.
5.metal kick: he does a street fighter kick, spinning around, and his foot turns into a blade.

fatalities:
1. bite to eat:he turns into a giant head, looking like a huge version of his normal one. then he eats his opponent, them screaming in agony. then, he spits out their body, little bits of meat still on the bones. he then makes a giant hammer out of his arms (after reverting to normal) and smashes the skeleton to bits.
2. brutal blades:he turns his arms into blades, then goesu pt o his opponent, doing a brutality-like barrage of blade attacks on him. the opponent tries to fight back, but he melts away and reappears somewhere else. he continues until the opponent is a bloody pulp. he then turns into a giant axe, and chops the pulp to ribbons.

hara kiri:
1. the core: he makes the lower half of his body into a drill, then starts to make it go underground, his torso staying up. after 10 seconds, a huge volcanic-like eruption from the mantle of the earth erupts foreward from the earth, demolishing him compeltely. no ashes.
