I like the effects. The reflection in the acid is a nice detail. I'm guessing Scorpion punched Liu so hard he's flying back, right?

I give it a 3.

Hmmm. That fatality Idea is alright. But the backgroun needed more detail and some stuff added. Four dragons from me.
