Eh, personally not a fan of either design. Good for fanart, but I'd be turned off by both of these designs if they made it into new games.

Kira's costume looks horribly generic and boring, even more so than her current one. There's just nothing character defining about it. Not that she had anything in the first place. She just looks like a poor man's Blood Rayne.

Sindel... eh, she looks more attractive, but I never felt like that was what Sindel needed to be. Her hair is a major part of her character, and should be completely unrestrained.

Sindel's is grotesque. She's the queen of Edenia, not beach parties.

Kira's isn't that different to her current costume she just has more hair.

Personally I would love to see the video game Sindel adopt a look similar to the Sindel from second movie

Sindel looks like a twig, waaay more fragile and inside the uncanny valley than she should be. She is not a teenage tramp. Neither is she a Barbie doll.

The Sindel look would be acceptable if it was young Sindel or something. But she's supposed to be a strong queen, not a skinny DIsney princess type.

I love the Kira concept and loathe the Sindel concept. She's just never struck me as the type to be that thin. But Kira, I am liking her will all of that hair. Kind of reminds me of Tira from Soulcalibur for some reason.
