For fuck's sake people, just make your fucking comics. The problem with you people (besides lack of talent) is that you take yourselves WAY too seriously. NOBODY gives a shit about your ''trailers'' or previews or whatever. Just make the comic. Do you think we're going to laugh at this? Really, what's the point?
Look at what Shirt Ninja did( And for the record, Shirt Ninja started this whole comic thing, and while his comics own, I hate him for starting a trend that to this day has dumb people make horrible, disease-creating comics), he just... made his comic. What's the point of making comics? Hello? MAKING COMICS. Not previews. Not oversell yourself. Not give yourself hype. Shirt Ninja just one day, decided to come up with a few funny comics, pasted some sprites on single colored backgrounds, and wrote some very very funny shit. Don't make previews people, it only enhances the moistness when you suck.

This sounds eerily similar to Dannae, (Dan (Kyobu (DjWoodFord)))'s comic Edenian Idol. BUT, since the lazy tramp never really got started, this gives you the opportunity to make something of it. But American, Edenian, Mortal Kombat, whatever Idol needs more women.

And Yeah, Sindel is an obvious contestant for this series, you can create so many idea w/ her, it's not even funny, but it better be if you want good reviews.

To be fair, we're all well versed in Pop Idol culture by now.
It seems reasonable that a good handful of people are probably going to come up with something like this entirely exclusive of each other. I was actually doing exactly this in Kang between MK and MKII, and I have very little reference of what's been done.

But, yeah. This preview offers absolutely nothing that a list of names couldn't have achieved.

Being that this apparently is well tred ground, maybe skipping the obvious pick isn't such a bad thing. Comes down to what he can do with the others, I suppose.
