If you follow the instructions, the space around the sprite will already be transparent when you paste them into Paint. It's not hard, just have 2 Paint windows open (one with your comic, and one with the sprite). Make sure the space around the sprite is some other color like blue or gray or whatever, and in your other Paint window, set that color to be transparent.

Actually ]{ombat there is a much easier way to do it just when you ar eusing paint clcik on the image button on the top and click on draw opaque so its turned off then the backround won't appear(but you remember to turn it back on when you typegrin)

thanks for sprite comic tutorial! it has helped me alot with the comic series i have currently been working on. im not sure when ill be done (soon i hope)
but i would have been lost with out your tutorial. thx again ]{ombat you rule!!!
