OK heres a faster and easier way to make speech bubbles in Word
1.Make sure the "Drawings" tool bar
2.go to auto shapes
3. select "callouts" from the list and there should be some speech bubbles there.

Hey I have tried over and over to make sprite comics, but everytime I put a character in the background the character has white around it and then i guess that makes the background big and the whole comic get big and ruins it. Damn that sux.

I read it and made my own comics but when I sent my first one to you I never saw it on there. Why is that?
This guide would've been really helpful back when I started doing sprite comics a couple years ago, I learned a lot of those things the hard way.
As another general not of advice, sometimes, it's easier and nicer looking to use colour-coded text for the characters, with no callouts, depending on the background colour.
In the comic I'm currently working on (hm... might post soon... will see...), I've done that with the main characters, while using callouts for less-main characters, so that it's clear who's speaking, I can fit more text readably into a panel, and I think the boxless text looks nicer.
Another general note is not to do comics you've seen done before. Yes, there are lots of funny sprite comics out there, but if I want to read those, I can go to their website, I don't need the same jokes by a different set of sprites. Done properly, however, reference jokes can be hilarious. Same thing with stupid jokes.
Anyway, that's all just my opinion based on my limited experience, so take it with a grain of salt.
