Im making MK3 engine with characters from MK 3 + , Cage from MKII will be also included...

Yes its mugen , i make one BASIC character and change the sprites & special moves combinations when i add new characters , the real problem is with rippig sprites from games and improve coding to disable infinite combos and setup juggling if you got some idead for stages you can help and try to make some.
Now i still checking the code to disable corner combos and other "bugs & glitches"

just unzip it and run the exe file
+ mugen sometimes doesn't work for Windows
it was originaly made for Linux. what windovs do you have???

This guy does have a point how u dl it? it shows me a page then it loads up with a parent directory page with file like 24jpg run etc.

Just unpack the files and run WinMugen.exe I dont implement fatalities cause i have more important things to do , fatalities will be add to the final version of the game... Sub-Zero have his both fatalities from MK3 1-Forward,forward,forward and 2-Back,Back,Run
