You've gotten better. I'd like to see what you've been working on all this time.

You're lines are more defined, the comic style shadowing is very well done. The left hand is a little oddly shaded but other than that no big anatomy issues. Very good.

As for the flare effect (I know it's not a real lens flare) it wouldn't be so bad if you wouldn't use just a large round brush to apply them. Have the glow follow the shape and contour of the object it's around and it would look like a great haze.

Per your previous question, I see very light blues around the left shoulder and hip. The color there is also more grey in tone. The color on the arms is darker and more "blue" less grey. There I can see about two distinct colors with fades between some of them.
