MKRocket is going to win hands down, the only way UR is going to win is to attract noobs with his special effects. I'm not trying to be an asshole, but what I've read from UltimateRyu to MKRocket kind of made me laugh. But hell, there's still a chance, maybe if we pair Zedox up with Ultimate Ryu they can overcome MKR.
