Akari replies to Deon "Hmm so he took the Princess as a daughter? She must have had no choice, oh well to battle then." As Akari tries to make his way towards the center with the others he is knocked down by an unseen force, As he gets back up confounded by the unknown attack, a reptilian figure appears snarling at the mouth. Akari exclaims in shock "A Zaterran? I thought Kahn slew them all! And what is it doing on his side?" Akari puts these thoughts aside and dash towards the reptile at blinding speed delivering a palm strike with enough force to send him flying on his back.

Annette snaps her head back to the direction of a loud noise, "What is that? Is that... Whinnying? They've got horses?" She seems irritated that she does not also have a noble steed. In her moment of distraction, Mileena scrambles to her feet and lodges a sai deep into the meat of Annette's thigh.



Annette lets out a primal bellow from the pain, clutching her leg and continuing to shout obscenities at Mileena. Her suave demeanor melting away to reveal her real status as a big ol' potty mouth with a posh accent.

"Mother of hell! Little bitch... Oh god! Look at this! Look what you did! You stabbed me! You bloody stabbed me in the leg! That's gonna leave a scar! You've ruined it..." Annette motions to her figure, "You ruined this!"

Mileena giggles and grabs the sai, pulling it forcefully from Annette's thigh. Annette tosses her hands up in shock, "Aaaaagh! Why!? Really! Why!?"

Her less redeemable qualities on display, Annette sucks it up and delivers a high heeled kick to Mileena's gut. "On the ground!"

Annette briefly does a few squats to get a feel for her injury.

"Ow!"

Squatting again...

"Ow!"

Mileena attempts to get up but Annette brings her foot down hard on the girl's back, pressing her face into the dirt.

Khaali spits on the ground before Motaro's hooves, and grabs her huge bare breasts with two of her hands. She squeezes them and snarls at the Centaur.

"No Centaur will ever lay hands on a Shokan woman. Now come at me. Ill make you into a carpet."

Motaro's tail swings around, ready for use, and Khaali spreads her arms wide, her fangs beared in a snarl.

Akari looking down at the Zaterran as if he rendered him unconscious says "Don't worry, I won't destroy you, I wouldn't feel right destroying the remains of a species."

All of a sudden Akari hears a scream and savage bout of swearing from Annette. Puzzled he thinks "That was Annette? I've got to assist her!" before he can leave, a sudden burning pain erupts on his shoulder. He screams in pain "Damn it all! What the hell!"

He looks back to see his reptilian opponent ready to go at it again. Akari angrily glares at him and says "You want another lesson? Fine no more holding back for yo-" before he can finish his sentence the Zaterran dashes elbow first knocking him down and begins to laugh.

Akari gets up and yells "THAT'S IT!" he charges up energy in his hand and tosses out a large floating sphere of light. The reptile looks at it puzzled while Akari teleports behind him punching him into it, causing it to explode and send the Zaterran flying and screaming into a crowd of soldiers.

Baraka enters the fray as he sees Annette has pinned Mileena to the ground, he growls in rage, "Mileena, I'll rip her heart out!"

Deon teleports in front of Baraka, blocking his path, Deon shakes his head, " Two against one is hardly a fair fight, let's play freak show"

Baraka unleashes his blades and charges at Deon full force. Deon evades Baraka's flurry of blades, barely avoiding several deadly blows.

Baraka flips over Deon's head and trips him, Baraka jumps in the air, ready to impale Deon, but Deon quickly performs a sacrifice throw and sending him flying to the ground.

Baraka quickly recovers as Deon dusts himself off, "I'm in for a real fight, I see."

As Mileena continues to struggle to get on her feet, Annette pushes her back down under her heels, repeatedly kicking her in the side in between her attempts.

Annette adopts a smug tone, "It's really such a shame it had to be this way."

Mileena rests her chin in her hand and glares up at Annette towering above her. "So you say."

Annette smiles down at the girl, "Well, yes. Had that miserable bastard I call 'friend' not interfered, you and I could have been perfectly good allies... Instead, I wake up surrounded by fanged brutes who sniff me and prod me with who knows what... If the two of you hadn't left me there, I wouldn't have had to flee. Well... The teeth marks didn't help."

Mileena rolls her eyes and mumbles, "What's your point?"

Annette kneels down next to her, "My point is that if you'd just settle down and never, EVER, stab me again... We could talk."

Mileena, childish as ever, slaps Annette in the mouth, saying "I still get to hit you back for this."

Akari dusts himself off and uses his scarf to wipe off the glob of acid revealing a thin but still visible burn on his shoulder. He says to himself "blasted reptile" while fighting his way towards Annette to notice she had Mileena pinned down quite well. As he arrives Mileena childishly blurts out "My handsome doll is back, why did you leave? I never finished playing." He looks down at his scarred chest and abdomen and says "This is what you consider playing? Let's not forget what you did to my lips."

Mileena swipes at Akari from the ground, but accomplishes nothing.

"Now, before the two of you start clawing at each other," Annette says as she helps Mileena to her feet. "What we have here is an opportunity."

Annette stands between Akari and Mileena and continues to speak. "Mileena, if you're here, then you must have allies nearby."

Mileena grins, or at least it looked like a grin. It's hard to tell with all the teeth. She speaks, "Look around you, take your pick. All of the Tarkatans bow to me."

Annette raises an eyebrow, "All?"

"Well... Most."

"How many are here?"

"One hundred, at least, maybe more in the crowd... They grow bored... They thirst for battle, and the arena is where they get it."

"So, if Etienne ordered it, they would attack?"

"I've not told them otherwise, yet."

Akari retorts "This is an uneasy alliance, but since it's temporary I'll play along. If you're involving Etienne in this I'll prepare for the unexpected, he probably hates me though for using the potion." Akari looks over at Deon who has his hands full and says "What about Deon and Khaali? They may surely need our assistance."

Skyward saw what just happened and telepathically said, "Master, did you understand that?" Okorik smiled and said, "To think that the Princess was a theiving traitor. Guess she's more like her father in more ways than one. Regardless, Shao Kahn must be told." Okorik walked pass the fight to Shao Kahn's throne. He looked at Okorik and said, "Why do bother me? Can't you see I'm trying to enjoy the show?" Okorik told Shao Kahn of what just happened. "So my daughter plans to betray me? I guess she is more like me every day. Don't worry, I planned for this and have a surprise waiting for when my daughter plans her assault. As for the warriors, they are proving to be a menace. Deal with them." Okorik was pleasantly surprised by what happened and ran to deal with the warriors. He ran to where Skyward had given him the information until he bumped into a burly man. "So you must be Okorik. Krimson told me about you. Any friend of the Black Dragon is a friend of mine. Heard there was a bounty on an Edenian so I'll be joining you," said the burly man. Okorik looked at him and replied, "I guess you must be the one they call Kano."

Baraka slashes at Deon and grazes his arm, drawing blood from the wizard's arm," Damn it......"

Deon parries Baraka's next assault and knees him in the gut and uppercuts him, knocking him away. Two Tarkatan soldiers help Baraka to his feet.

Baraka laughs and barks loudly, "Enough games, We're going to strip the flesh from your bones!"

Deon smirks as a colossal shadow eclipses the Tarkatan trio

"Why are you laughing, human!? You're about to die!"


Deon backs up, "There appears to be something of more importance behind you."

As the Tarkatans turn around, they are immediately slapped across the arena, like kick balls, the two grunt Tarkatans, getting hit off a wall and one landing on a spear, by a gigantic Tormentor.

Baraka bars his teeth, but it booted into the crowd by the Tormentor's might foot.


The Tormentor turns his attention to Deon and tries to scoop him up, but Deon rolls out of the way as more Tarkatans rush in to try and restrain the Tormentor, Deon takes this as an opportunity to run through the crowd back towards Akari and Annette.

"Jeeze, who put Mileena on the ground?" Deon looks around at the pandemonium, "Whatever you guys are planning on doing with Mileena, I suggest making haste, that Tormentor won't keep them distracted enough to ignore Mileena on the ground in danger and I don't see Okorik, he surely must have something planned."

Deon hears the Centaur's shrieks again," I'll be back guys, I'm going to check on Khaali." Deon runs into the stadium, his path now clear due to this latest distraction.

While Annette talked about her strange plan with Mileena and Deon ran to check on Khaali, Akari looked around the arena and a saw a sight that looked incredibly uncomfortable to him. He noticed that servant of Netherrealm, Okorik talking to Khan and later some strange man with a plate on his head.

He thought "If he's talking to Khan that can't be any good and that strange fellow with the plate must be yet another bounty hunter out for my head." He nudges Annette and Mileena and says "guys look over towards the throne I think there's two more problems coming our way."

"For christ's sake, it never ends, does it? Well... What do we do? Do we signal the attack now, or wait?"

All this clearly making Annette grumpy, she rests a hand on her forehead as she speaks.

Akari looks over to the flustered and agitated Annette and responds "I'd say it's now or never, whatever that strange specter said to the Emperor cannot be good for us."

Motaro's tail shoots forward like a cannon, it's metal point darting to skewer Khaali's chest. The Shokan leaps aside, landing on all six, and hurls herself at the underbelly of the Centaur, her claws raking at the flesh around his legs.

The Centaur gives a roar, half scream, half whinny, and rears up on his hind legs, his forward hooves coming down with his entire weight. Khaali rolls aside, missing her head being crushed like a grape by inches. Her hands grasp at the closest hoof, and with an evil grin, she jams her claws into the soft flesh behind Motaro's hoof. He roars in pain, and thrashes about for purchase on the woman. Khaali scrambles to stay out of his reach beneath him, but finally a heavy hand grasps her ankle and Khaali finds herself hoisted ten feet in the air by one leg to be brought hanging upsidedown before the Centaur. Her one leg held vertical, other five limbs thrashing around wildly, Khaali dangles before the beast, spitting and snarling.

Scanning the area, Annette sees Khaali flailing in Motaro's grasp, as well as an overwhelming number of enemies closing in on them. Throwing caution to the wind, she allows Etienne to take form. After a complaint directed at Akari, Etienne climbs on top of some nearby rubble, taking an odd looking whistle from his pocket. He nods to Mileena, who gestures with her hands in a way that only her allies would recognize. Etienne blows the whistle, and in an instant countless Tarkatan warriors turned their attention to him. The whistle's purpose: to catch the attention of the warriors, making it look as if Etienne was the leader while Mileena gave her hidden signal. If both Mileena and Etienne signaled, then it was time to attack.

Etienne points his rapier toward Shao Kahn's throne and bellows as he rips Annette's poorly fitted shirt off his chest. The sound of hundreds of Tarkatan blades emerging filled the arena. The swarm slowly closed in on the throne, cutting through any unknowing minion in their way.

After seeing Etienne assume control of situation, Akari ecstatically shouts "Yes! That's the way!" He then scans the current chaos to see Deon making his way towards Khaali and the centaur. He then proceeds to make haste and rendevouz with Deon so they can pry Khaali from Motaro's grip.

Okorik noticed the tarkatans preparing to attack and saw them surrounding the Emperor. "Quickly, we must hurry," Okorik yelled. The Emperor appeared unaffected by the horde surrounding him. He chuckled and said, "This is the best my daughter could muster?! She has much to learn before she can oust me." With a snap of his fingers an army of Shokans emerged from the arena. Before the groups could fight, to the amazement of everyone in the arena, the Chaosrealm fighters jumped from the arena seats and pounced on every single tarkatan in the arena. The sounds of their bones crunching as Chaosrealmers twisted tarkatan bodies in grotesque ways indicated the rebellion was dead. A figure emerged from the corpses and bowed to Shao Kahn. "Greetings Emperor, I am Havik, the Cleric of Chaos. I enjoyed this like scuffle and hope to ensure you live a little longer." Shao Kahn looked surprised then grinned. "I'm disappointed I couldn't make an example of these tarkatans but it is good to know I have allies. Who should I thank for this gift?" Havik pointed to Okorik and said, "This man here has proven himself a loyal ally of Outworld and a friend of chaos. We would be honored to help kill and destroy more things that would threaten the chaos of this realm." Okorik bowed to Havik and replied, "It is good to see you again Cleric of Chaos. I would welcome your aid is silencing a bothersome group of warriors,starting with that one their." Okorik points to Ettienne and the group of Okorik, Kano, and Havik proceed to walk towards Ettienne. Okorik mumbles under his voice, "Skyward, time to finally show yourself." Skyward reappeared just behind Ettienne, his growls just behind his Ettenne's neck.

Khaali lashes out a hand, dashing it across Motaro's face and leaving bleeding lines across his huge face, the beast sneers for a moment, before lifting her higher and with a single huge jerk, brings his horned head forward to smash into Khaali's face.

Knocked almost unconcious, Khaali manages to hiss and try her best to get her claws around Motaro's neck, but the huge centaur grabs her other ankle, and slowly, slowly begins pulling them apart. Khaali stares about her, head swimming on unconciousness, at the screaming warriors all about her, and wonders if Tarkatans will be the last thing she sees before splitting down the middle.

Akari trying to brush past groups of Tarkatans, manages to see Motaro pulling at Khaali from the legs as if she were a wishbone. He screams "Damn it all! this is taking too long!" and tosses a ball of light. It manages to hit and explode causing the centaur to drop Khaali face first and cry in pain.

Deon takes advantage of the chaotic distractions around him and mumbles to himself, "This is Khaali's last chance..."




Before Deon can fire a Neuron blast from within a large crowd, unnoticed by anyone, Akari's light blast connects, causing Motaro to drop Khaali, Deon uses his magic to break Khaali's fall, "Nice shot Akari."

Akari hears a familiar voice beneath the mass of warring Shokan,Tarkata and Chaosrealmers. It was Deon who praised his effort as he caught Khaali with his Neuron magic. As Motaro yelled and held his face, Akari shouted out "What now Deon?"

Khaali lands with a yowl of shock and confusion, and stares up at the sky for a moment until her wits come back to her. She finds herself heaped on the ground, spread eagle, in front of several dozen warriors, with Motaro looming over her.

Her head throbs with pain and her cheeks burn with embarrassment. She decides there's only one person to take it out on.

She somorsaults back onto all four arms, her legs bent above her in the air, before springing up and straightening fast as a whip, her feet smashing into Motaros hip bone with all her strength, there is a mighty crack and Motaro's left front leg goes numb, crashing him down onto his knees

Deon morphs into his Finch form and appears next to Akari, "Stick close to me, that way we can watch each other's backs and make sure nobody interferes with Khaali, not to mention, I want us to all be on guard for Okorik's treachery."


Deon looks on, admiring Khaali's resolve, "She's really something, a true warrior, not giving up despite how severe her injuries may be, I think she can win this."

He then looks at his own bloodied arm, caused by Baraka, he wraps it in sacred cloth as he looks around for trouble.

"Where's Annette?" Deon asks perplexed
