Okay now... for a fake (or just about anything) to be considered good it has to either:
1- Have a point
2- Convey a message or carry a meaning
3- Be funny or meant as a joke.

Now look at number 3 up there... Yours is a joke but it wasn't meant to be one. so that' s why you got the zero. I'd give u another but 2 zeros are the same as one so...

Well Anyways, the error is not with your skills. You just have to give the fake any of the 3 above listed purposes or come up with a fourth one.

Anyway... the fake is really just a copy and paste, and it dosnt have much of a point. The quality of the fake is also bad, so im asuming you made this in paint? You should try and get photoshop if you dont have it and make your fakes with that. Then you can start editing sprites, blood and backgrounds and not just have copy and paste fakes. 1/10 for this fake, as I said above its just stuff pasted onto the background, and nothing it even hapening.

Heres some more advice, dont listen to NickW, he will most likely make you do worse fakes. You have potential... he dosnt. wink

Well if you can't respect people's opinions about your art, you don't have to post it. Everyone has their different standards about what they think to be good and bad. Now if they make fun of you or insult you about it then I see what you mean. Now I've never seen any of your art but I'm just saying, look at what this guy posted. All he did was paste some MK2 characters on one of the backgrounds in the game. The only new thing is Sub-Zero doing an upward freeze.

Never assume, and I mean never assume that a fake is bad that it is made in ms paint. Never. I have made numerous fakes (most sprites, some backgrounds) with ONLY ms paint. So please, refrain from using that as an excuse for saying that a fake is bad. I would only use psp for bluring or something to that effect, but for pure editing, ms paint is a great program. It seems you have much to learn. Thank you.
