Here is some of my work:
Cage now has a new look, glasses, white stripes, custom shoes, arm guards and a redimentioned head are the main changes. Here is an example:

Thanks for the feedback, those animations are for mugen... usually projects enhance the editing so... I don't think I'll do any modification of the edits I publish unless someone who wants to use it can't do it by himself and ask me to fix any issue in my work.
But if you or anyone want to modify any of my edits, feel free to do it and post it here... credits will be shared, no problem on that. The reason I wont be fixing my edits is because I have way too many things to deal with in my personal life (work, estudy, wife and new edits) so, I prefer to keep bringing new edits that stick to one particular animation for too long.
Soon I'll be posting more animations...!

Here is one that was particularly hard... but I find necessary for the characters to have all the basic moves... so I edited:

I hope you like it, tho it still have some defects... it is a good start point at least, it needs some minor fixes on the legs but well... it's okay I guess (and it is a very hard edit).

Man, with sprite edits like these, it's easy to conceive of a game where playing as the bosses – as well as against them, – could be a LOT more fun.

Yeap well... right now I'm working on a new outfist for MK2 Johnny Cage... it's something mixed between his MKT and MK4 outfist... soon I'll post some animations of my progress.
As for the bosses fighting more like regular characters I've done quick punches, sweeps, run, crouch air attacks and several other edits for them... long time ago.
Right now I've been thinking in making possible for Motaro to receive throws from everyone... the idea is sort of hard but possible: I'd have to create new specific throw animations for each one of the fighters and especific animations for Motaro to receive them... also, I want them to receive all sort of fatalities, but it's a long journey and as you might now it will take some serious time, so you have to understand I'm a married guy who works and also studies so... please be patient and enjoy what I do for what it is... a contribution to the mugen scene (by now).

Here is something I've been working in the last few days... a new outfist for Johnny Cage; it has elements from MKT and MK4; the sprite base is MK2 (the one with more quality).
Johnny Cage's Standing has a redimentioned head, glasses (edited by me), arm protectors and shoes from MKT and white lines in his pants inspired in those he has in MK4.
Here is the original one so you can compare them both...
Johnny Cage's Quick Punches (LP) had some edition on his legs to improve the original animation wich was just not right in my opinion, and I gave a lot of movement to the white lines in his pants, also I edited the glasses and decided to give him a line of hair on his forehead.

The head doesn't match to me. It looks clearly copy and pasted.. and its a few pixels too short. But the animation is good, and the stripes are in sync.

Thanks 4 ur comments, the stripes are in some cases the hardest part of the edit, but I agree... the character looks better with them, so I'll keep on the original concept...

Note: I'm looking for a MUGEN programmer... :)

Here is a new one... as usual the glases, redimentioned head, an original sprite was modified to make the animation more fluid and the first walking sprite was added after the roudhouse to make the recovery more fluid... I hope you like it... it was sort of hard :)

The pants have some work so it doesn't look like the same sprite... that's exactly the way it is in MKDA and I think it's a pretty move; the idea is that the dash starts fast but the speed decreases until he stops.

Yes, I'm planning to finish Cage's full spritesheet, I was hopping to finish the full char within a month but now I'm working with someone and new moves for Jax are top priority so, Cage will take a little more time than I originally espected.
My old edits are more than 2 years old... it seems I am better now than I was before so, I'll bring the old edits but don't espect too much from them, I learned editing by myself and those edits really need a lot of work to be usable (and I'm not taking requests). So, if you wanna use any of those you have my permission, but you'll have to clean them and perhaps tweak some of them.

Yeap, I did those... they're not so good because I was starting by the time I did those animations, the older, the uglier... but I'm back, and you should hope more edits any time. I'm posting them all in here...!

Here is something I did yesterday... Cage's being throw
This is MKA bounce...
Now I used Cage's sprites I have so far to create a new multi-part throw for Jax... First you catch the opponent with, let's say F+LP+HP... if you don't do the right following command during this throw this is what happens:
This would cause Jax some damage while his opponent will incure in no damage; now if you hold B+LP this is what happens:
You can still follow this move to cause some extra damage by holding U+HK during the second throw animation, this is what happens:
Finally, for some extra damage you can hold LP+HP during the knee throw... this is what happens:
Finally, Jax's "alone" animation...
Note: This move can be done on any MK character since it uses only slip and regular fall animations... except for the bounce, which is a custom edit you will need in order to have the full multipart working.
