Hey Yo Jordanman, I would love to see it but for some reason now the gif goes slow as hell and hangs at some points.

Really cool!
BTW, guys, the animation loads slow because it's on a slow server. Try it out here:

That was awesome
I love how you put all the detail in to it.
It runs too fast though, like it's in fast forward.
You need to put a better sense of time in it.
Did you view the Gif file with Quick time?
Because if you did, you should have been able to notice that, and fix it.
So everything looks good, you just need to slow it down some.
If you want it to load faster, then you should use a program like Flash, or Director that let's you preload the animation.
Another quick nitpick......The shadows don't look right. They should be either pure black, or transparent.
Right now it looks gray, and it does not look like it belongs on a red carpet.
If you are using Imageready, you can set the shadow layer to "multiply" and it will change color depending on what color is under it.
If the floor is green, it will turn dark green
If the floor is red, it will turn dark red.
it looks much more realistic that way.

I originally did make it in flash, but even in flash for sum reason it would load like sum of my other animations. So i thought making it a gif could make it go faster but it didnt all it did was make the quality horrible and made it play ultra fast. I know what i did wrong now and with my next animation it will be able to load fast and still have good quality. Thx for all the feedback guys

Ok, cool
You know that you can set the quality of gif files in Image Ready right?
In the window called "Optimize"
There is a setting that let's you choose how many colors you want from 2 to 256.
So you can get a gif animation with the same quality as your original picture if you set the colors to 120, or 256.
You can also set the speed of the animation in the animation bar. Under each frame, there is a number. That tells you how long the frame lasts. You can change that number to whatever you want.
See how this gif is not pixelated, it looks the same as the original pic I was working on.

I love that you could see the player doing the combination of buttons that triggers the fatality. It's touches like that which make for a really cool animation.

Damn you BAV, I was gonna say the same thing lol.
I really like the way you see Mileena moving like somebody is tapping the button combination to start the fatal. Like BornAgain said it is a very nice touch to realism.Excellent job Jordanman 5/5 if I could.
