I made the Sub-Zero one I have now just the other day. I kind of based it on the Sub-Zero MKO banner at the top of this site when using the SZ theme.

Here's one I just made. Don't want to resize it because I used a scanline effect on it and sizing it down kind of doesn't make it look as good. So I'll just post the link to it. Probably should have moved the dragon over to the right a bit but oh well.
