I really love the splatter animation, I think that was very well done. It's the power charge itself that has me a bit dissapointed. Instead of having it dissapear from time to time as it grows, you should've shown chi actually flowing from around Ryu into his hadouken, almost in the same spiral pattern as the blood splatter.

The power charge prob would look better that way. But I was thinking that the combination of the blinking and arm shaking would give the viewer a sense of almost actually feeling the struggle of his increasing power.
