Is there an easier way to get straight renders without backgrounds for sigs without having to cut out the render itself and having to use an eraser tool to erase the background around it that's left after cutting?
For example: If I had a render of some random dude standing in the woods, how can I just pull the image of the guy and nothing else? I'm assuming there's a way with either MS Paint or Photoshop 7. Please don't tell me that I've just got to cut him with as little background as possible and then zoom in and erase every little background pixel around him....
Sorry dude. I don't use Paintshop Pro 9 so that doesn't help me out. Thanks for the try though. Anyone else feeling like not being anti-social and helping me out??? Cmon peeps, MS Paint and Photoshop 7...... how do you do it.........

I'm about ready to move this damn thread into the general forum where I know peeps will help me out......
In Photoshop 7, I zoom in and use the polygonal tool to cut out most of background, then right click, and go to "Layer via cut". Then delete the layer with just the background. Then just use the eraser tool to erase any extra little bits of the background.
