To make boxart, get GIMP or Photoshop. Then Google 'Drawing Tutorials" and learn how to draw. Then... Draw.
To put it on the forums, get an account at Photobucket.com, then upload the artwork to your account. Once you do so, you should see "HTML Code" under the image. Copy and paste that into a message to post it on the forums.
Alternatively, you can create your artwork and then use the Submit Submission tab (under Fan Submission at the top of this page) to have it posted to the forums. This process is moderated, however, and can sometimes takes a few days to show up.

I'm assuming you want to download videos from YouTube, right? To get a video from YouTube (or Hulu or whatever) to your computer, download FireFox and VLC Player. Get DownloadHelper for Firefox and use it to download whatever video you want. It'll be a FLV file. Use VLC's Streaming/Exporting Wizard to turn the FLV into a MPEG file, which Movie Maker can then import.
