The idea is pretty good but the sprites of Jax you used aren't imo.
1. Scorpion's kick on jax face. Jax legs should have being unbalance in the other way.
2. About the sprite of scorpion with the spear and Jax still being in the air; Scorpion shows that he already trew his spear and that he is already pulling jax toward him. Again Jax legs and Arms should have being going the other way.
3. The final cut; I think you should have used another Jax sprite, like the one about to be implode where he looks in more pain.
I would have prefer if scorpion would have cutted Jax in two while decending and just before touching the ground.
You did an overall nice job and it is nice to see how you come up with fresh ideas in terms of Fakes because we, most of the fake makers, lack of it lately, specially me.

I have a different point of view on #2

The Jax pose for the spear shot is OK, because Scorpion is not yet pulling, he is getting ready to. Right now the pose makes sense to me.

I would agree with you on that if Scorpion was leaning back.

The problem I see is the motion blur on Jax, should not be there.


Or Change both the scorpion sprite and the Jax sprite to make it look like he is pulling, then you can leave the motion blur in there.

I just took a look at your site Max Dam, I have to say your work is very impressive. You have major skills man.

yeah in the 3rd pic, scorpion is just about ready to pull jax, not sure why i put the motion blurr in there, must of gotten carried away. hehe

I understand your point of view. you are right but I forgot to say that when Scorpion threw his spear, he also stopped jax course in the air. That is also a reason why his legs and arms and head should be in the oposite way.

Not bad, but it really feel very Comic-ish.
Try putting in some SLASH!, POW! and CRASH!s next time.

The Bad:

- I can't see all of the words in "Finish Him!".

The Good:

- I really like the idea of a comic style fake, it's very creative.

- The sprites are well placed.

- I like the idea for the fatality.


I like this fake. I give it a 9/10. Good job.

So I rather keep my criticism silent so I won't hurt Zombie's feelings? How is Zombie going to improve if I do that? How the fuck is he going to prevent from making the same mistakes repeatedly? I'm right, and trust me I seen so many fakes and ALL have Jax as the victim or if is not Jax is Kang or Cage.
