It really doesn't fit Scorpion, but it's a good concept for a new "Death Ninja", maybe a member of Scorpion's clan or something.

Actually I think it does suit Scorpion. In an "alternate" MK dimension. IE, He killed Subby, killed Quan, and he's still a spectre. Now there's nothing left for him and so he loses his trademark colours and outfits and goes into exile. It would suit. :)

The desing is simple, but with a lot of details ex. the shadows... I really love the way you have done with a big head of him (to the left) and then a full body of him (to the right)... and the way he stand looks very cool...

Yeah it would make sense, and give scorpion a new lease of life. His old black and yellow design is really getting old, and i wish they'd move away from it a little more to something like this.

What really bothers me is the Kama (small scythe) that your Scorpion has. Scorpion uses a Spear, which is actually a large Kunai (ninja dagger).
If Scorpion had a Kama, it really wouldn't be as cool as his Spear since the Kama would just wrap around the enemy and wouldn't hurt him at all.
