The Axe really makes the picture. Without it, it'd just be another fine drawing. With it, it's badass! Nice body proportions and good shading. Great job!

Holy crap! This would be great as the version of Scorpion as the Champion of the Elder Gods. Have you named tha axe yet? Something connecting with the Senate would be great, like Demi-Axe or Godsend. It would be great to see a version of Scorpion without a mask, simply his plain face. This could happen after becoming the Elder God's Champion... They could grant him a mortal form.

The only draw back is the skull. The teeth are too square, and the overall composition is too plain. And when the rest of the picture is so polished, that really stands out. For my tastes, I'd give him an open mouth with two fangs to really give the skull a demonic look. Instead of the eye sockets being completely black, they hould have some white in the center to give it a ghostly feel. His mouth should be in a type of sinister grin/ scream position. Sometimes Scorpion has flames coming off his skull when he's about to attack, that's an optional touch.

Pretty sick. Your line work is excellent.

I agree that the skull is perhaps a little to simplified for the composition on the whole, but it doesn't bother me that much. What does though, is those tricky hands again. They seem very small, especially his right hand.

If you're having trouble with hand sizes, just try to remember how much of the human hand covers a human face. Quite a bit.

Anyway, I like your drawings.
