Lol, I don't mean any disrespect or anything, but that isn't too good.
The red is pretty much all one colour, and it's also very badly coloured as well, i.e. it goes over "the edge" at times. That's why he looks a little bumpy, lol.
Um, you need many more reds, but my guess is you did this in Paint.
I have no tip for pallete swapping in paint, lol, I'm afraid.

If you want to pallete swap (at least effectively), you should use a more powerful package, i.e. PSP or PS, because this is not good.
Sorry *shrugs*.

I second what tims just said! You should have tried to swapt the color. But you at least tried to edit yourself, and that is a good thing!

lol noobsaibot i was just about to do that. Well for subscorptiles fake it looks like u used way to many solid colors and it looks like it was done with paint. You need to get a better program to do fakes and stuff because u will go no where with paint. The picture sorta looks like a little kid made it. Try to go and download fireworks i think its one of the best programs, i use it for everything, just go download the trial or summtin.
