Hmm, not bad.
Ok, it all happens very quickly, but that isn't really a bad thing I guess. I think it's perhaps a little odd that a green orb flies past the camera and on to Shang's hand.
I'm not so sure the head coming off and then the body is such a great idea when mixed with Kintaro, I mean I get it, but I just don't think it works that well.

But I did like the sprite edits to Shang (when he does his hands on his hips pose).

It wasn't too jumpy either, so nice job.

I get it but it's not executed very well. MaxDam's actually shows ghosted versions of the characters, that would have been better than the invisible Kintaro although alot more difficult.

Yah its ok i just liked the picture alo and want to make it an animation. Next time im gonna make summtin more simple so people dont get it messed up.

Well, I get the idea now, but the animation doesn't explain it like MaxDam's fake does.
Anyway, it's all ok, except that in Shang Tsung's final stance, his arm is a bit transparent.

Uhh...no. I liked it but it could be better. First off, stop that damned "Flawless victory....FATALITY" stuff. It got old. And the idea isn't too original either (Reptile). But I still like it and your fakes are all awesome.
