First things first. I love the background and the coloring. Excellent job. Nice use of colors and shading. The light and the dark contrast very well. Looks like it is straight out of a comic book.

As for the drawing, it looks good, just a few improvements. Shao Kahn's right arm/hand looks too small for the rest of him in proportion to the rest of his body. The details on his helmet and armor look nice. Sindel's face looks too plain. A few more details would have been nice. Her left boob looks a lil smaller than the other one. Still a very good pic nonetheless 4/5.

If I ever made this I would print it out and show strangers on the street. Thats some very awesome work the metal on Kahn looks real and shinny ts amazingly done. The detail on both of them is just crazy cool. Damn 5/5 dragon points. Be proud be very very proud.
