Well... this is how I do it:
Download the program Gimp (its free... check the free art program thread)
Then use that program to make them...

Double-click to play the ones with sound again. Let me share the Mileena Fatality concept. The reason she jumps on Sub is because this is my idea of a fatality fo mk 7: You can get extra Koins for doing fatalities, but if you make it so that they are non-existent, and completely gone, you can get even more koins. You press a certain button when while you are soing your fatailty, then you have to quickly tap certain buttons. If you reach the top of the meter by the time the quick-tap timer is out, your character does something that would destroy the enemy, moreso than the actual fatality, but if the meter runs out while you're still trying, your character attempts to do the move, but kills themself in the process, taking away the koins you got by doing the fatality.
